Happy New Years!

so i have a song that just doesn't seem to be going anywhere, but i'm loving the idea of it. i was playing it today and it hit me in the face. it needs a piano part over it. i don't play piano. i also heard a lady's voice. then a drum part came to me.

girl+piano= nina

so i'm gonna call up my girl and get her in the studio for a weekend really soon.

i've decided to give myself a deadline.

my deadline will be June 2010

i'm planning to have the CD done and pressed before that month and have a CD release show.

i'll have to come up with a date and what venue ill do it at.

i'll keep you all up to date on that, when i get all the details figured out.
